Reading Apollo Karate
The Apollo Shotokan Karate Do-Kai was established in 1975 and is based in Reading, England.
We teach adults and children from 5 years of age traditional Shotokan Karate. We also emphasise on the importance of being an all rounded martial artist with guest instructors from different disciplines attending the club on a regular basis. Training sessions consist of Katas, Strength and conditioning training, bag, padwork and sparring.
Our training times are 7:00PM - 8:30PM Mondays and Thursdays
OUR INSTUCTORS ARE 2ND AND 3RD DANS AND ARE FIRST AID TRAINED.
